Greetings Texans!

Elizabeth Gonzalez: My political ideology is Faith and Family Left. I don't really have any political influences or experience but I do like to watch shows like The Colbert Report and The Daily Show With Jon Stewart. I am taking the class both because it is a requirement but also because I am long overdue to learn about government. I really hope to get a better understanding of Texas Government as I am new to Texas and also learn how to hold an intelligent conversation about politics. Unfortunately I did horrible in the general and political knowledge quizzes but in my defense I just moved to Texas.
